I really enjoyed my breakfast at Bread & Circus this morning - every plate coming out of the kitchen looked like an explosion of colour, the food struggling to contain itself within its borders. I loved that nothing was untouched - tomatoes were covered in coriander and basil, squishy bread with a smattering of oil. Unlike many minimalistic food trends, B&C reminds me of eating with family who pile up your plate and beg you to come back for seconds - yum.
That looks incredible...I really need to get myself down there ASAP!
