Melbourne

Early in the morning after I had just turned the ripe old age of twenty-one, Carla, Ellen and I headed to Melbourne! We arrived at breakfast o'clock which turned into a delicious Spanish affair, followed by alleyway shopping, walking walking walking, Yum Cha eating, vintage browsing, and Mamasita-ing. We saw Monet's waterlillies (such a treat to see so many works all in one place) and Hollywood Costumes (so much more extensive than expected - Scarlett O'Hara to Spiderman and everything in between, and bounteous amounts of Meryl Streep which is always greatly appreciated). We had finger-licking-good donuts for breakfast at the Queen Victoria markets, high tea at the Windsor Hotel, tasty crepes, and some homely Italian food on Lygon st (some consult Urban Spoon, but the old man with the grocery bag had equally helpful suggestions!)
