there's lots to taste and see,
and eat and smell and buy and bag
at the markets at Eveleigh
With mulled wine and apple juice
and coffee on the brew,
and bacon & eggs, and crepes and pastries -
you'll find yourself with lots to chew
So don't have breakfast before you go,
and stock up with enviro bags,
and fill them with broad beans and sourdough and ranunculus,
until their bases sag!
